Friday’s Focus—Never Stop Learning

Stay a student.  No matter how much we may think we know there is always something to learn. Keep your mind open, your eyes wide, and your curiosity stoked.

Read, go outside, talk to people.

The world is our classroom and there is something to be learned from everything and everybody. We are each other’s teachers, so why not start each day by being curious and asking,  “What am I going to learn today?”

Be inspired and be an inspiration!

Have a good weekend!
Keeping it light and singing LiLoLa [Live, Love, Laugh] all the way…

  1. Such great advice and a much needed reminder–especially when life gets so hectic. No bigger thrill though, than doing exactly what you outline here. Thanks for sharing.

    • Hi Ray, you’re so right in that it’s easy to get sidetracked these days but I find it so imperative to keep learning. Once I started to approach my day with a What am I going to learn today outlook, it was amazing how different the days became. Even the frustrating times became teachable and revelatory. Thanks so much for your comment and stopping by.

      • “What am I going to learn today”–what a great approach. I really can imagine how different the days become, because when you’re trying to learn, you’re forced to be aware. You can’t just go through life ‘skimming the words”, you know? You need to become that active reader in order to make sense of the text in front of you. I really need to remember this… Could you repost it every couple of days…. lol!

  2. Yes! We not only become the active readers but also the writers because as we are aware of what we are learning, we can script our next reactions accordingly. I’ll put this on a loop for you, lol!
